Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you signed up for a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel at any time.

• How to cancel: Manage or cancel your subscription from your account page, or email supportlumahaven@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you.
• Timing: Cancellations take effect before your next billing date. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 1–2 days before your renewal date.
• No penalties: There are no cancellation fees. Any order already processed will still ship and is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
