• Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Delivery estimates: Domestic: 8–16 business days. International (if applicable): 10–20 business days.
• Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout.
• Delays: We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a package — email supportlumahaven@gmail.com.
• Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
